'Will always save the LAST DANCE for you': Allison Holker mourns husband tWitch after shocking death at 40
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA :Alison Holker, the wife of Stephen "tWitch" Boss, is in mourning and has issued a heartbreaking statement asking for privacy, following her husband's death due to suicide on Tuesday, December 13. tWitch was found dead in a Los Angeles motel room with a reported self inflicted gunshot wound. Just three few days ago, Boss, 40, and Holker celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary. "It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us," Allison said in a statement provided to different media outlets.
While confirming the death of her husband, with whom she had three children: Weslie Fowler, 14, Maddox Laurel, 6, and Zaia, 3. Boss, who was also a DJ and executive producer for “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” She said, "Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends, and community above all else, and leading with love and light was everything to him." She continued, "He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans. To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt. I am certain there won't be a day that goes by that we won't honor his memory."

She ended the statement by saying, "We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for our 3 children. Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you," the PEOPLE reported. Boss started at the Ellen show in 2014 and was promoted to co-executive producer in 2020. The show ended earlier this year. Boss also placed as a runner-up on So You Think You Can Dance. The dancer-DJ also appeared in films like Step Up: All In and Magic Mike XXL. His love of dancing permeated all aspects of his life as he aspired to emulate greats like Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire.
A few days ago the couple posted on their respective Instagram accounts pictures and videos of their 9th-anniversary celebrations. "Happy Birthday my love," Boss wrote sharing a set of pictures with Holker, dancing and having fun. Similarly, Holker posted a video of a set of pictures with Boss and wrote, "It’s our 9th anniversary!! I couldn’t be more grateful to celebrate this perfect magical day!!! Saying YES to @sir_twitch_alot has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life!! I feel so blessed and loved!! I love you baby and I will never take you or OUR love for granted! I LOVE YOU."

He was my family, and I loved him with all my heart. I will miss him,” the comedian, 64, wrote on Instagram Wednesday alongside a photo of the pair hugging.
