'WandaVision' Episode 7: Doc Ock to Agatha Harkness, Kathryn Hahn could be Marvel's biggest female baddie
Spoilers for 'WandaVision' Episode 7 'Breaking the Fourth Wall'
One of the biggest reveals in 'WandaVision' Episode 7 was the introduction of Agatha Harkness as the villain in the series. Such was the magnitude of the reveal that it may have even overshadowed Monica Rambeau's (Teyonah Parris) transformation to Spectrum.
Played by Kathryn Hahn, Agatha Harkness was one of the villains speculated to be a part of the show by fans and now the scintillating portrayal brings back memories of her performance as Doc Ock aka Olivia Octavius in 'Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse'.
The animated Sony-Marvel flick saw Hahn play Head scientist and CEO of Alchemax, and scientific adviser to Wilson Fisk (Liev Schreiber). Hahn received positive accolades for her performance in the film which was lauded for its cutting edge graphics.

Needless to say, fans were in awe of her work in both the movie and the TV series. "On a scale of 1-10, how much cooler is Kathryn Hahn now that she's played 2 marvel villains. And how nice it must feel to show up to work and they're like, oh, we got something special for you," one of the tweets read.
For some, the realization dawned a tad late. "I forgot she was Doc Ock in Into the Spider Verse. She was great in that movie," read a tweet that was seconded by another: "WAIT A BOB PICKING MINUTE!! THAT WAS HER TOO."

For those unaware, Harkness made her debut in 'Fantastic Four #94', and fandom has quite the description of the witch. She is one of the powerful witches who lived for centuries and often pitched in to help various superheroes, including a period where she worked as a nanny for the Fantastic Four.
In this case, the series now points towards the Avengers-ending 'Disassembled' storyline where she is murdered by Wanda, who happens to be her student after their relationship becomes volatile.
Hahn began her career on television, starring as Lily Lebowski in the NBC crime drama series 'Crossing Jordan'. Her other works include 'Revolutionary Road', 'This Is Where I Leave You', 'Tomorrowland' and 'Captain Fantastic'.
