LONDON, UK: Prince Harry was alls miles and pleasantries when he entered Westminster Abbey along with his cousins Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzie, and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank ahead of his father King Charles' coronation on Saturday, May 6. The Duke of Sussex was seen enthusiastically welcoming attendees inside the Abbey prior to taking his seat. However, fans were keeping an eye out for one thing: Harry's reaction when when he first caught sight of his brother, Prince William, and Charles.

After Harry dropped a number of bombshells in his memoir 'Spare' and in the Netflix documentary, 'Harry & Meghan', people were all the more interested to see his reaction while he traveled from the US to the UK to attend the event. He did not have any formal role in the proceedings. He was wearing a suit and not the traditional uniform. Harry was not joined by Meghan MArkle, who stayed back with their children in the US.

The day that Charles was crowned King was also the day that Prince Archie turned four. Meghan will reportedly be celebrating his birthday in a low-key manner at their Montecito residence. Gayle King, a close friend of Harry and Meghan, applauded the the Duke's bold decision to fly solo to the UK, telling US Weekly that they were in a "really good place" and have made the "best" decision. "I think they made the decision that's best for them," she said, adding, "But I think - as [far as] his dad [King Charles] - I'm glad he's going."

Although it is unknown when Harry will return to America, he is presently staying at Frogmore Cottage, which he and Meghan are expected to vacate by summer.

Harry and Meghan's volatile relationship with Royal Family

Harry and Meghan have been under immense scrutiny ever since they decided to step down as royal members of the royal family in 2020. Harry had said that he wanted to be in his father's coronation earlier this year. He said that he still had faith in monarchy during a conversation with Tom Bradby, but replied, "I don't know," when asked if he would play a part in its future. "There's a lot that can happen between now and then. But, the door is always open. The ball is in their court. There's a lot to be discussed and I really hope that they're willing to sit down and talk about it," Harry reportedly said.
