'VAX LIVE: The Concert To Reunite The World' Full Performers' List: Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, H.E.R and complete line-up

The concert will raise donations for vaccinating 27 million healthcare heroes who are working in the frontlines in the global Covid-19 pandemic

Global Citizen has announced an upcoming Livestream concert for inspiring people across the world to get the Covid-19 vaccine. Titled 'Vax Live: The Concert to Reunite the World', the concert will raise donations from philanthropists and corporations. The money will help vaccinate over 27 million frontline healthcare workers who are risking their lives every day to serve the public during the pandemic.

The special event will also tap changemakers to appeal to world leaders for equitable distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine globally. The concert is being organized with the goal of raising over $22 billion for the cause. The Global Citizen program is an anti-poverty organization that will raise 'dollars-for-doses' contributions through the event.

Date and time

The 'VAX LIVE: The Concert To Reunite The World' program will be aired on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at 8 pm ET. It will be live-streamed on the internet at the same time. The concert will air at 11 pm ET on Fox on the same day.

YouTube will stream a 90-minute extended version of the concert on the Global Citizen channel, which will include additional performances by popular YouTubers.

List of performers

The star-studded concert will be hosted by singer Selena Gomez. It also has an amazing lineup of brilliant singers and performers. Legendary icons like Jennifer Lopez will be performing at the concert, along with 'Pearl Jam' vocalist Eddie Vedder, rock band Foo Fighters, Colombian singer J Balvin and Grammy-winning singer H.E.R.

The extended YouTube version of the concert will include performances and appearances by Korean boy band NCT 127 and popular YouTube creators like Daniel El Travieso, Kati Morton, ShootforLove, Thembe Mahlaba, and The Try Guys.

Where to watch

The concert will be aired on May 8 on ABC, ABC News Live, CBS, YouTube as well as iHeartMedia broadcast radio stations and iHeartRadio app. It will also be aired on Fox two hours later on the same day.
