BTS 'Bang Bang Con 2021': Air time, how to live stream, concept and all you need to know about free K-pop virtual event
BTS knows exactly how to make ARMY happy and after an eventful March, the Grammy-nominated K-pop group is gifting their fans Bang Bang Con 2021, a virtual event where various BTS performances will be streamed from BTS' YouTube channel 'Bangtan TV.'
Bang Bang Con in 2020 was the first of its kind virtual event which was organized by the Billboard Hot 100 topper group to provide ways to comfort their fans as the pandemic forced them to cancel their tours across the globe touring over 20 cities. To compensate for the possibility of not having tours, Bang Bang Con was arranged, the mega marathon that aired their old BTS concert videos and others for free from Bangtan TV.

Concept
Bang Bang Con is perhaps one of the biggest celebrations for BTS ARMY where the mammoth fanbase gets to watch exclusive BTS content for free. An ARMY member rightfully called the online concert replays a 'sleepover'. The fan wrote last year about Bang Bang Con 2020, "forever thankful to bighit for hosting bang bang con back in april for 12 hours a day for two days straight on a weekend occupying us during the early quarantine, it felt like a sleepover with millions of armys. everything was about us and the boys!"

'Our prayers were answered'
After the 2020's hit Bang Bang Con, ARMY wanted the marathon to be back in 2021. BTS had quite a lot of concerts including their first virtual concert 'Bang Bang Con: The Live', followed by 'Map of the Soul On:E' concert plus the year-end celebration along with other HYBE artistes. Though it is not confirmed what will be played during the marathon this year, fans are anticipating to be reliving some of the most cherished Bangtan moments yet again. A fan said, "OUR PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED. BANG BANG CON 2021 IS UPON US."

Another fan shared her happiness, tweeting, "I'm so happy hearing this amazing news about the Bang Bang Con in 2021. I miss the euphoria of BBC~ Thank you for making it again. A lot of ARMYs will enjoy this free concert well in their room. We'll have a good time. Thank you @BTS_twt!" A fan theorized, "D2 was released after bang bang con 2020. A mixtape is released before a japanese comeback. A mixtape will be released after bang bang con 2021, before bts the best. I am sure. From whoever it is, it's coming."
