Spoilers for Tyler Perry's 'Assisted Living' Episode 8 'Swimming with Fishes'

Teenagers can be tricky humans to handle and hats off to Mama Leah on Tyler Perry's 'Assisted Living' for not having kicked out hers to the curb. It's understandable that a move to a small Georgian town after growing up in Chicago and having a prospering social life there might not be one's first preference, but to constantly make things harder and rebel with both mouth and attitude is something that's totally uncalled for. A particularly Sandra behavior on the sitcom some might say — which leads us to wonder how long before her mother Leah finally dresses her down?

Leah is an absolute mama bear and Courtney Nichole plays the part with effortless ease. She is a clear fit into the avatar of the loving mama who isn't shy of being snarky and sassing her two teenagers down, but the older one is definitely getting way more 'dramatic' as her brother Phillip points out in the most recent Episode 8 titled 'Swimming with Fishes'.

Sandra is running her mouth at every chance the kids get at criticizing their parents and this time, what triggers her is the move being more permanent than just a matter of a few weeks. When Leah informs her children they need to enroll for the school year things, blow up for good. It's a big hit to both Sandra and Phillip who thought these living conditions in a dilapidated rundown old age home with their parents barely having enough to put clothes on their back wouldn't last long.

But their dreams are shattered because what can be more permanent than getting enrolled in a new school right? Worried and anxious about recreating a social circle or making her mark in the already existing one, Sandra doesn't hesitate to talk back and patient as her mother might be, looks like she's taking out all of this retaliation toward Sandra on her other child, Phillip. To top it all off, Sandra even ends up pushing and shoving her mother to signify the disrespect she has towards their decisions of staying in Georgia. The worst is when she sinks to the levels of threatening the same mom who has been trying to be accommodating of their every need despite their world and life falling apart right in front of their own eyes.

With her husband jobless and nearing the brink of sanity, thanks to their current financial conditions, looks like a Leah explosion might be on the cards and Sandra is going to receive every ugly end of that nasty stick.

Tyler Perry's 'Assisted Living' airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm only on BET.
