NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: 'The Daily Show' host Trevor Noah has called it quits after seven good and memorable years, leaving fans in awful confusion as it comes right after the news of him dating the sensational pop singer Dua Lipa. Shortly after the news surfaced that Noah and Lipa are dating, Noah announced his departure from the show via a video. Fans are confused about whether they should celebrate his new relationship or mourn his departure.

The news that has left Noah's fans in shambles came on Thursday, September 29, during the taping of the show. A visibly emotional Noah said, "I remember when we first started, so many people thought it was a crazy bet, I still think it was a crazy choice, this random African. What a journey it’s been. It’s been absolutely amazing." The 38-year-old host continued, "After the seven years, my time is up. In the most beautiful way. I’ve loved hosting this show," as per Deadline. Noah first took over the show from Jon Stewart in 2015 and has cultivated a huge following for himself as his hot takes and breakdown of political situations with a touch of humor were well-received by the audience.
