Travis Scott dubbed 'Walmart ASAP Rocky' for lunging at fan calling him 'Flacko'
Travis Scott and ASAP Rocky are different when it comes to their performance style and music-making. However, they're quite similar when it comes to looks and that's one of the reasons why fans on the Internet often joke that they can't tell them apart. Both artists have also been pitted against each other since Scott found fame. Right from both of them belting hits in the rap genre to their signature braids, there have been multiple instances where they've been mistaken for one another by fans. In one instance, Scott lost his calm in front of multiple fans and members of the paparazzi. This video from 2015 captured by TMZ has gone viral once again after the unfortunate happenings on Astroworld Festival's Day 1.
Another video of Flacko's gig from 2019's Rolling Loud went viral after the tragedy at Scott's fest. The video saw Rihanna's boyfriend, ASAP Rocky halting his concert to tell his fans to pick up his female fans who fell down and were in danger of being trampled. Netizens felt that this is how Travis Scott should have responded when 8 fans died at his festival and another 300 odd people ended up being injured. Kylie Jenner and her 3-year-old daughter that she shares with Scott ended up being collateral damage in the aftermath of the unfortunate concert.

Travis Scott dubbed 'Walmart ASAP Rocky'
In the video which dates back to 2015, Travis Scott lunged at a fan in anger while mouthing the words, "not mo**erf*cking ASAP, b*tch." According to a BET report, rumors of a beef between both artists have existed since a long time and their respective fans have fanned the flames on multiple occasions. Like Scott, ASAP too responded to him being compared to his peers. “Please don’t compare him and me / You offending me / This ain’t a diss and we ain’t enemies / They concerned with making hits, I’m more concerned with making history,” ASAP freestyled at his Rolling Loud gig in 2019. His words were seen as a jab at Scott who headlined RL the previous day and fans once again began speculating about whether the two had any beef.
Frustrated at the speculations, ASAP took to Twitter and wrote, "That me and Travis beef shit so played out, let it go." Fast forward to now, people are now siding with ASAP and trolling Scott, calling him the 'Walmart' version of the 'Problems' rapper. "Travesty Scott, you’re a Walmart ASAP Rocky. If it wasn’t for FortNite and McDonald’s, nobody would know who you are," a fan tweeted. "Don’t compare ASAP rocky to Travis Shit. Travis is the Walmart version of Rocky," a second wrote. "Travis Scott is a bargain bin Walmart rapper. Auto-tune using ass," another fan opined. "It took all this for people to start to realise ASAP Rocky is just a better public image than travis Scott. Travis probably has a few more hits but Rocky is more genuine and authentic and really stands for something," a fourth tweeted. "Humble yourself Travis. You are an ugly motherf**ker and ASAP Rocky is not. You should be flattered," an irate fan tweeted.
