In 2015, Travis Scott made it to the news for lunging at a fan who called him ASAP Rocky mouthing the words "not m**herf*cking ASAP, b*tch". Fast forward to now, a large group of people took to Twitter to compare how the rappers reacted in times of a crisis at their respective concerts. For the uninitiated, Scott's recent concert in Houston ended up a tragedy as eight people lost their lives and many were injured resulting from a stampede. Scott and the organizers are being bashed on social media for their handling of the situation. Some claimed the rapper knew people were dying just a couple of feet away from him but he continued performing. Scott clarified he wasn't aware and is supporting the ongoing investigation.

Scott's millionaire girlfriend Kylie Jenner and their daughter Stormi has also been caught up in the aftermath of the unfortunate happenings at the concert. Stormi is almost always present at most of her dad's concerts and also attended the recent one. Sick trolls banded together on the Internet to wish death upon the 3-year-old after news got out that 8 people died and close to 300 people got injured on day one of the music festival. Kylie too was slammed after videos from the fest stayed up on her Instagram Stories hours after the tragedy unfolded.

Old video of ASAP Rocky's concert goes viral amid tragedy at Travis Scott's gig

A video from ASAP Rocky's 2019 gig from Rolling Loud went viral on Twitter late on November 7 evening. In the video, ASAP Rocky noticed a couple of female fans falling down and in danger of being trampled. He stopped the concert to tell fans to pick the girls up. "Pick the f*cking girls up" he yelled in his mic ensuring the safety of everyone who came for the experience. In another concert, ASAP stopped performing to break up a fight between his fans telling them to remember they were at an ASAP concert and all they needed to do was have fun rather than indulge in fights.

People on the Internet have shared the video with the text "how Travis should have reacted" multiple times resulting in ASAP Rocky's name trending heavily on Twitter. "Asap rocky knew how to control the crowd. They ALL do. Controlling the crowd is their job! Travis is trash," a fan tweeted, sharing the video. "TRAVIS MASSED UP THERE... SHOULD JUST WATCH ASAP ROCKY CROWD CONTROLLING," another tweeted. "ASAP Rocky calling out fans for creating an unsafe mosh pit. Adele stopping her show until she was absolutely certain a fan received help. Travis Scott encouraging fans to break into an already overcrowded & unsafe concert, continuing to perform despite mass casualties," a third tweeted. "Travis Scott acknowledging people are in need of help, stopping the show for a couple of seconds, then continuing without waiting to see if they actually received help," a follow-up tweet read. "When I was at 2019 rolling loud, it was crazy packed too and Asap Rocky literally stopped the show and said to pick up the girls because it was getting crazy as well If Travis wanted to he would’ve idc," tweeted another fan.
