'She deserves peace': Fans rejoice as Tory Lanez found guilty on all charges in Megan Thee Stallion shooting trial
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: A new report has claimed that Tory Lanez has been found guilty by a judge in connection to the July 2020 shooting incident in which Megan Thee Stallion was shot. Megan testified at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center in Los Angeles against Lanez on December 13, 2022. She revealed that Lanez yelled, "Dance, bitch!" and shot her three times in the foot during the altercation incident.
The 30-year-old Canadian rapper has reportedly been convicted of felony negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a semi-automatic firearm, and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm by the Los Angeles jury. Law & Crime reporter Meghan Cuniff broke the news and tweeted, "A jury has convicted Tory Lanez of all three charges for the 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion. A crazy and downright scary scene in the courtroom as his father and stepmother screamed about wicks injustice." The rapper can face up to more than 20 years in prison. He was remanded in custody and will be sentenced on January 27. The Grammy-winning 27-year-old rapper also claimed that Lanez offered her $1 million to stay lowkey about the incident as he said he was on probation for a weapons offense.
