SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Almost three months after her headline-making split from husband of 19 years Dave Galafassi, actress Toni Collette is reportedly very upset about how the whole affair became very public. She is reportedly still suffering from the breakdown of her marriage and her friends said that the actress had a long road ahead in terms of moving on. “She hasn’t recovered from her breakup and probably won’t anytime soon,” Collette's friend reportedly said.
Sources reportedly said that Collette’s sadness about her breakup had become public fodder and that she was “devastated” that their split has gotten “so public.” This has reportedly led to the actress not being able to enjoy other aspects of her life, including work. Collette is currently promoting her latest film ‘The Estate'. “Toni is a miracle, how she can pull herself together and continue to function,” a friend reportedly said. “The publicity side of movies is something she usually enjoys, but not when her life is a mess,” sources said, per the Daily Mail.
