'They're driving him crazy': Steve Harvey faces tough time as star's 'blended clan' is constantly at war
ATLANTA, GEORGIA: TV host and comedian Steve Harvey is having a lot of trouble dealing with his new family dynamic and domestic problems. The 'Family Feud' host takes on too much when it comes to the family he has built, according to an inside source.
"Steve's got four biological kids with two previous wives and three stepkids with [his present wife] Marjorie," the insider said. Adding, "They're driving him crazy!" Harvey is the father of seven children. He has a son named Broderick, as well as twins named Bradi and Karli with his first wife Marcia. Steve also has a son named Wynton with his second wife, Mary Shackelford, and three stepchildren he adopted with his third wife, Marjorie: Morgan, Jason and Lori.

According to the insider, there has undoubtedly been some sibling rivalry over Lori, the most well-known of Steve's children, who has been stealing the show with her high-profile love life, as reported by RadarOnline.com. Following her breakup with Hollywood star Michael B Jordan, Lori recently made headlines for her alleged affair with 'Snowfall' actor Damson Idris.
"He did the right thing adopting Marjorie's kids and loves them like his own, but there's a lot of dissension among the blended Harvey clan," an insider dished. Additionally, the source asserts that because she "rules the roost" at the Harvey residence, Steve's current wife, Marjorie, and his ex-wives occasionally "butt heads."
It's claimed that Steve's approach to handling the conflict amongst his family members has been to "throw money at them, buy them gifts, or just go into another room and chomp on a cigar, but it's not working." Despite the turmoil, the Harvey family hopes to have a "very merry holiday season" and the upcoming holidays encourage the family members to put their disagreements aside.
Harvey married his third wife Marjorie in 2007. In an interview with Essence, Steve praised his wife Marjorie. He said, "Everything I have is because of this girl right here." Marjorie too had nothing but good things to say about her husband. "I wish every woman can find a soulmate like I’ve been blessed to find. This is really my best friend." In another interview with Good Housekeeping, Steve shared the secret to their happy marriage. "I married a person who was already happy, and I'm innately happy. So we don't have to make each other happy; we can just complement each other's happiness. I don't bring up exes. I don't remember them or have any fond memories. I didn't know anything until my wife came along."
