'The Voice' coach John Legend stole Kristen Brown from Team Gwen

During the Knockouts stage of NBC's 'The Voice,' John stole country singer Kristen for his side. Kristen, of Roseville, California, was chosen by the 44-year-old Grammy winner after competing in the three-way Knockouts round against Kara Tenae and Corii to stay on Gwen Stefani's squad.

Kara of Riverside, California, was chosen as the winner after her outstanding performance of JoJo's "Leave" (Get Out), leaving Kristen, who performed "This One's For The Girls," and Corii, who sang "Ain't It Fun," available to steal.

After all three of them performed, John complimented Kristen that she was "so good."

"Even just the little twang you had in your voice, it sounded amazing," John said.

"I finally used my steal on Kristen. She's been so good throughout all the rounds of the competition. I know she's going to do well in the future. Reba better watch out. I got a country artist on my team, too, and she's good,' John told the camera."
