LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The View' is known for its controversial topics and beeped-out content. Now with the Writers Guild of America strike, the content coming out of the TV show is quite raw and uncensored and that's what happened on Wednesday's episode. Sara Haines, who is one of the hosts on the show, said something quite controversial during a very tense moment on the show. The co-hosts were discussing 'The Golden Bachelor', a spin-off of the popular dating show 'The Bachelor'. The series' focus is to help elderly contestants find love.

The ladies' talking point was whether they will watch the show or not and provide an idea to the viewers if they should give the show a chance. In the middle of this heated conversation, Sara Haines made a comment about the contestants' age and said, "You guys, these are only 60-year-olds." She continued, "You know how young they are? I know 60-year-olds. They run marathons and" As soon as this last statement was said the show did what they do best when things go south, they cut the show to a commercial break.

Sara Haines has a history of making mistakes

Sara has been on 'The View' for almost seven years now and if we were to create a book out of all the embarrassing things she has accidentally uttered during the show, we'd definitely run out of pages. Recently, Sara and co-host Joy Behar got into an argument about personal hygiene and getting laid. Sara questioned Joy about discarding vacation underwear and told her that "she would never get laid".

Sara raised an important question and asked Joy, "Don't you want to have sex with Steve on a vacation?" While their argument about underwear became a little heated, Goldberg came in with blazing guns and defended her friend Joy and said, "She doesn't need underwear to do that!" While the controversy doesn't end with this, stay tuned for more fun stories straight from 'The View'.
