'The Outpost': Is fan favorite Munt the Magnificent single in real life? Here's all about actor Adam Johnson

We're not going to lie. We like only a few people on 'The Outpost' and there's probably only one character who has consistently maintained his goodwill on The CW show. Adam Johnson's Munt is the best supporting character there is. Whether he is helping one of his friends at the Gallwood Outpost, looking out for his brother Janzo or on his way to becoming 'Munt the Magnificent', Munt is a thoroughly enjoyable character inside out. And we're only glad that in Season 3, his screen presence has only increased. Recently, in Season 3 Episode 10, he lost all of himself after coming under Yavalla's (Jaye Griffiths) control, which added him to the hive mind. And we can only hope that his brother can manage to save him in time before the kinj takes over his life and kills him.

Janzo's (Anand Desai-Barochia) brother might be a dimwit but he has a heart of gold. Munt is always there to help anyone and everyone at the Gallwood Outpost without thinking twice. He is loyal and trustworthy and so is a big asset to not just Queen Gwynn (Imogen Waterhouse) but also the entire Outpost. What makes him even more special is his unassuming personality and the quality to become friends with one and all. Just earlier this season, Munt embarked on a mission along with Tobin (Aaron Fontaine) to gather an army. This earned him the tag of 'Munt the Magnificent', a medal he wears proudly on his chest.

On another one of these rescue missions in Episode 10 'From Paradise to Hell and Back', he accompanied Janzo and Wren (Izuka Hoyle) to Yavalla's hideout to apparently end her, but instead got infected by one of her followers. Now it is only a matter of time that he is also rescued from her clutches.

Johnson is no stranger to mythical quests and mystical lands like those on 'The Outpost'. The actor has appeared in numerous films created by the producers of 'The Outpost', including the five-part 'Mythica' series, 'Dawn of the Dragonslayer' and 'Dragonfyre'. A look at the actor's Instagram and it is evident that he is an extremely fun person to hang out with. He regularly uploads pictures and videos with his peers on 'The Outpost', from the looks of which he also looks like a humble person.

The actor also posts updates from family and friends. But there is no romantic mention — no girlfriend, partner or significant other. So it remains a mystery if Adam Johnson is single or dating someone. Munt may have found love on 'The Outpost' but actor Adam is probably yet to get on that train.

You can watch the next episode of 'The Outpost' Season 3 Episode 11 titled 'The Hardest Part of Being a Queen' that airs on December 20, 2020, at 9 pm ET on The CW.
