Teri Aguiar left everybody awestruck when she managed to lose six pounds despite her leg injury on the latest episode of 'The Biggest Loser'.

Teri, who is a part of the red team coached by Erica Lugo, wanted to do everything she could to save her team from further damage. The red team has already lost quite a few of its members, and there were only three of them left, while the Blue team still had four members on their side.

Naturally, the pressure was on the red team members to do well in the group challenge to get the additional pounds advantage during the final weigh-in time. The contestants had to navigate through an intensive obstacle course to win it.

The red team picked Teri to go first for them, while the blue team chose Kyle Yeo to represent them. Kyle expressed his nervousness about competing against Teri in his green room interview because Teri had participated in several marathons and triathlons, so she is quite athletic unlike him.

As soon as the challenge began, Kyle took off at lightning speed while Teri was right behind him giving it her best shot. The obstacle course laid out for them included a mud pit that the contestants had to wade through.

Teri decided to jump into the pit to take over Kyle but instead ended up injuring her leg. When the medical team was called in to examine Teri's injury, she could be heard saying that she heard something "pop" in her ankle. She was then transferred to a hospital for further treatment.

Teri’s injury left the red team shaken and also affected their morale. The red team eventually lost the team challenge but managed to come out unscathed during the final weigh-in ceremony, thanks to their grit and determination.

Teri came back to the campus with her leg in a cast and looked upset about it. Instead of letting the former Miss Missouri winner mope over her injury, Erica motivated Teri to push herself as much as she could. She came up with a strategy to train Teri's upper body so that there isn't much strain on her leg.

Like the champion that she is, Teri handled the situation extremely gracefully and came out a winner. During the final weigh-in ceremony, it was revealed that Teri lost an impressive six pounds!

Despite her injury and pain, the beauty queen pushed through and managed to secure her spot on the show. Teri's determination and impressive performance was very inspiring to watch. We can't wait to see the next leg of her journey on the show.
