The two contestants from Peter Weber's season of 'The Bachelor', Jasmine Nguyen and Alexa Caves, finally opened up and cleared the speculations of them dating.

Recently after Jasmine uploaded a picture on Instagram with Alexa and put out a caption that said, "Spoiler: we did find love after all" fans started to question if the two are dating. Some also added that if this was true, it would be the best thing to come out of 'The Bachelor' Season 24

The other bachelor franchise alums also commented on their photo. Natasha Parker commented calling them, "Picture perfect boos.” Increasing speculations, Clay Harbor uploaded a picture of the two together on his Instagram story captioning it, “My favorite #bachelornation couple.” He also uploaded another picture of the three of them together captioning it, "Love triangle".

As the gossip increased, Alexa finally addressed the rumors on her Instagram stories saying, "Hey! I wasn’t going to address this because I thought it would just blow over, but I see now I’m getting a lot of questions and the story seems to be getting bigger. We don’t want to mislead anyone."

Continuing, she said, "Jay and I are not dating. She’s one of my best friends. I’m sorry to get your hopes up! That would be a great story. She really just thought that was a cute caption and didn’t think much of it. Jay is beautiful, kind, down to earth and also very straight. Here’s to our friendship @_jasminenguyen."

But she didn't end with that. A little later she shared a tweet where a fan had called the two out claiming they were queerbaiting. They also called out Clay Harbor for further increasing the speculation with his posts.

Alexa also addressed that sharing, "Why is what happened with Jasmine and I, not queerbaiting? One reason: intention. Jasmine posted 2 pictures of us she liked and used a caption that MANY OTHER PEOPLE from our franchise used all the time. And it is always assumed as friendship love. She thought nothing of it, and truthfully, neither did I."

She also addressed Clay's pictures revealing, "You know what Clay posted right after that story of Jasmine and I? A pic of all 3 of us sitting down that said, "love triangle". So if anyone then thought that we were all dating from that photo, should we have to apologize for that?"

She concluded saying, "There are all types of love in this world and friendship is one of them. I cleared it up this morning because I cared and I didn't want to do exactly what you just accused us of. But to be clear, I nor Jasmine owe anyone any clarification."

'The Bachelor' Season 24 will return next week for its final rose ceremony. Check your local listings for more information.
