Hallmark Channel is all set to make your Christmas even more merrier as their sister network, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, premieres its new holiday movies on Saturdays and Sundays. Now the channel has made an announcement about the release of their next Christmas film, 'The Angel Tree' which will be premiering on Saturday, November 21. The film stars Jill Wagner and Lucas Bryant in the lead roles.

Plot
The official synopsis of the film reads, "A writer seeks the identity of the person who helps grant wishes that are placed upon The Angel Tree, and in the process, reconnects with her childhood friend."

Jill Wagner
Born on January 13, 1979, Jill Suzanne Wagner was a co-host for the ABC comic competition show 'Wipeout' from 2008 to 2014. Since 2015, Wagner has starred in several movies for the Hallmark Channels. In 2019 she played the character of “murder mystery” literature professor Amy Winslow on the 'Mystery 101' movie series on the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel. In April 2017, she tied the knot with former pro hockey player David Lemanowicz, after announcing their engagement earlier in 2016.
Lucas Bryant
Born on September 28, 1978, Lucas Bryant gained recognition after playing the character Nathan Wuornos in the Syfy TV channel series 'Haven' (2010–2015). In 2015, he played the role of Count Johan Oxenstierna in the historical drama 'The Girl King'. In 2016, he played the character of Tom Novak in the Hallmark Original Movie 'Tulips in Spring' co-starring Fiona Gubelmann.
