‘Teen Mom’ star Mackenzie McKee announces engagement to boyfriend Khesanio Hall, shares pics from dreamy proposal
PALMETTO, FLORIDA: Mackenzie McKee is now a bride-to-be! The 'Teen Mom' star recently shared the exciting news of her engagement to her boyfriend Khesanio Hall on her Instagram page.
"I can not believe I get to marry the most amazing human on earth! My best friend. I love you so much @khezzii," she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.
The romantic proposal, captured in photos shows Khesanio, dressed in a tan polo shirt and white shorts, kneeling on one knee as the sun sets at the beach. Mackenzie, dressed in a pink crop top and gray linen pants, reacted with an emotional embrace before the couple marked the special moment with a toast of Champagne.
The surprise engagement became even more memorable for Mackenzie as her fiancé, Khesanio, went above and beyond by inviting her entire family, including her father and sisters, to witness the special moment.
What made the proposal even more touching was the fact that Khesanio included a tribute to Mackenzie's late mother, Angie Douthit, who died in December 2019 after a battle with cancer. This thoughtful gesture made the engagement even more emotional and meaningful for Mackenzie and her loved ones.
"All the people I loved were here and everyone was crying. He made it very, very special. It means a lot to me," she told Us Weekly.

During a conversation with a media outlet, Mackenzie mentioned that she would need to have her ring resized because it is 'too big', however, she also mentioned that Khesanio had it specially made to have a touch of gold.
The reality TV star expressed her excitement for the upcoming wedding planning process by saying, “Bring on the wedding planning!”
The news of their engagement comes over a year after Mackenzie first made her relationship with Khesanio, Instagram official. It was in January of 2023 when she posted pictures of the two of them cuddled up on a bench, showcasing their love for each other. Since then, Khesanio has been a regular feature on Mackenzie's social media accounts.

Khesanio Hall, known as Khess or Khessy by Mackenzie on Instagram, is a soccer player hailing from Santa Cruz, Jamaica. Standing at an impressive height of 6'2", he made his debut for the Jamaica National Senior team at the young age of 19.
Subsequently, the 29-year-old continued his soccer career at Northeastern University, where he not only excelled on the field but also pursued a dual degree in Human Services and Psychology.
Furthering his education, Khesanio obtained an MBA from Oklahoma Wesleyan University while playing collegiate soccer at the NAIA level.
Throughout his career, he has played professionally for Stumptown AC and semi-professionally for Ocean City Nor'easter, Seacoast United, and Global Premier Soccer. Currently, he serves as the Head Coach for both the U13 Boys Premier and U15 Boys Premier teams at St. Pete Raiders in St. Petersburg, Florida.
He is the proud owner of a loyal and friendly dog named Zayann, who brings joy and companionship into his life every day.

Before beginning a relationship with Khesanio Hall, Mackenzie was previously married to Josh McKee. The couple tied the knot in August of 2013, and during their time together, they welcomed three children: Gannon in 2011, Jaxie in 2014, and Broncs in 2016.
Mackenzie and Josh experienced a turbulent relationship marked by frequent breakups and reconciliations. Their first split happened in August 2019, following Mackenzie's accusation that Josh had been unfaithful with her cousin Ashley shortly after her mother Angie died from brain cancer.
However, just a couple of months later in October 2019, they reconciled and Josh proposed to Mackenzie again. Despite their efforts to make things work, their relationship continued to be rocky.
During a period of separation, Mackenzie made the decision to move to Florida with their children in September 2020, and eventually, Josh followed her and they gave their relationship another chance.
Unfortunately, after 12 years together, Mackenzie and Josh decided to end their relationship for good in July 2022.
