'Teen Mom’ star Brianna DeJesus defends MTV against 'bias' claims amid Ashley Jones's exit
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Teen Mom' star Briana DeJesus has defended MTV against accusations of bias regarding Ashley Jones' limited screen time on the show.
According to Ashley, she will only appear in three out of the 16 episodes this season on 'Teen Mom: The Next Chapter,' despite experiencing significant personal issues such as a divorce and family problems.
Meanwhile, Fans were quick to voice their displeasure, with one commenting, "I'm not crazy about this show anymore because MTV took sides. And I really miss Ashley on so many missed episodes because MTV decided to do that. Just my opinion."
In response, Briana DeJesus clarified that the limited screen time is not a result of bias but rather due to the show's new format. She said, "Hey! Since combining all shows to one, there's a lot of girls...so instead of pulling storylines out, they only film if someone has something going on. So if you don't see a certain girl, it's because nothing is happening. Hope that helps."
