Amber Portwood and Andrew Glennon have been going back and forth with their court hearing and in the latest episode (April 14), the pair finally reached a conclusion. Amber revealed that her lawyer had informed her about the chances of getting a plea deal where she would have to do probation instead of going to jail.

Amber thought it would be the perfect way to get out of the messy situation she was in but it also made her question if Andrew would allow it to happen. Finally, the time had come when Amber had to make a visit to the court to face Andrew one more time. While the camera was not allowed inside, an Audi recording from the courtroom played in the background as sketches from the court showed what had happened.

In the audio, Andrew could be heard opening up about the emotional stress he suffered due to their fight while also questioning her as a parent. Andrew demanded Amber to be "a mother for once in your life". Unfortunately, due to legal reasons, Amber was not allowed to say anything.

She got out of the courtroom revealing she had got probation for two-and-a-half years. While she was happy that she did not have to go to jail, she questioned the probation and wondered if it was a set up for her to lead to failure.

Amber expressed her worry over how things have been laid out for her. She revealed that in these two-and-a-half years she is not allowed to speak about the incident or do anything that could sabotage the deal. Amber was not happy to hear this as she felt Andrew was going around talking negatively about her but she was not in the same position to do so.

Amber's ex Gary Shirly also agreed that the situation did not favor Amber. While speaking to his wife, he said that the probation forced her to do things just the way Andrew would have wanted. He added that Amber will have to go to jail if she fails to stick to the rules. He also said that it would be a jail time of five years.

Seeing what would be the outcome if she chose to speak up, Amber knew that she had landed herself in a situation where she would have to stay tight-lipped.

'Teen Mom OG' airs on Tuesdays at 8 pm ET on MTV.
