'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Noella Bergener isn't holding back when it comes to sharing what's happening in her personal life with the world. The reality star was left feeling "shocked and disgusted" when she was served with divorce papers from her husband James Bergener aka Sweet James out of the blue. The housewife's breakdowns and emotional turmoil has been well-documented on the bravo's hit reality show.

Aside from 'RHOC', Noella has also been pretty vocal on her Instagram when it comes to discussing her divorce. On Sunday evening, the housewife took to her Instagram to share a preview clip from the upcoming episode of the show where she discusses her split from James with her friend Nicole James. She penned down a lengthy note updating her followers about what's been happening between James and her since he served her with divorce papers. The housewife ranted about not hearing from her husband and also how he hasn't supported their family financially ever since. Up until now we only saw and heard Noella's side of the story, but now Sweet James has finally opened up and shared his thoughts on the situation.

James reportedly responded to Noella's allegations against him on her Instagram post via his attorney in a statement to PEOPLE. While dubbing Noella's allegations against him as "false accusations" he added that he wouldn't "publicly disparage" her since she was the mother of his child. The statement reads, "I look forward to addressing all these false accusations in a courtroom. A judge in Puerto Rico, where I am a resident, has already granted our divorce. Ultimately Noella is the mother of my child and I will not publicly disparage her."

On her Instagram post, Noella wrote, " "BRUTAL to relive 😭 5 months ago my husband and partner of 6 years left the house with his toothbrush leaving behind his life, family and home. He ended our marriage with a service of divorce papers from Puerto Rico. Which he doesn’t qualify for since we are California citizens and nothing untoward happened in our marriage there." "To this date James has not visited our son or given me any explanation for his departure. He has fled the state to evade sexrvice. My cards are still shut off, he hasn’t paid a dime in support, he stopped paying for our home and is currently holding up our divorce unless I sign a statement saying that I lied about him, his business partner and his brand. I spoke nothing but the truth and have all the receipts. If anything I really protected my husband by not speaking about his issues but rather focused on my journey in this now divorce. He is the father of my child and want him to be well," she added.

Noella and James were together for six years and got married in June 2020. The couple have a son named James Jr. together. Noella filed for legal separation from James on August 2, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the cause of the separation, after he served her with divorce papers from Puerto Rico in Spanish.

'Real Housewives of Orange County' Season 16 airs every Wednesday at 9/8c on Bravo.
