Super Junior is finally back with an album. After the exciting release of their 10th album ‘The Renaissance’ in March 2021, we got a special winter release in February. And while fans had missed idol Heechul in their track for SM’s ensemble album ‘SMCU Express’, all of the members are participating in their upcoming album ‘The Road: Keep on Going’. This is their first comeback in over a year followed by their ninth world tour.

‘The Renaissance’ had been an ode to fans and for those struggling with the pandemic. Super Junior hoped to ease tensions and released the fun and energetic lead single ‘House Party’ that had gone on to top domestic and international charts like Gaon, iTunes and Billboard Japan. Well, expectations are high for ‘The Road: Keep on Going’ as Super Junior dropped the pre-released single ‘Don’t Wait,’ which is a witty retro pop song about confessing to their love.

Concept

Super Junior released three teaser images. In the first concept, they sport red, sleek suits and show off their youthful charms with floral props. In the second teaser, the men look dashing in white and minimal makeup as they pose against a bare background and red thread as their only prop. For the third teaser, they show off their duality by changing into black fringed outfits and dark makeup.

Music video teasers

Super Junior dropped a music video for the pre-release single ‘Don’t Wait’ on June 29. ‘Don’t Wait’ is a fun and upbeat retro song that is all about preparing to confess to one’s true love.
