Curry party of five! Ayesha and Steph Curry welcome newborn son
Ayesha and Steph Curry are now a family of five! The pair welcomed their third child, a son, named Canon W. Jack Curry. Warriors star Stephen took to Instagram to share the good news with his fans. “On this journey, on this quest … protect me … I'm blessed!” he captioned the picture which showed him holding his baby boy. Ayesha and Steph are also parents to two daughters: Ryan Carson and Riley.
Meanwhile, Ayesha also took to Instagram to share the good news. Posting a black and white picture of their son with his older sisters, she captioned the picture as “My heart is FULL. God has been too good to us. Our beautiful baby boy Canon W.Jack Curry 7/2/2018. He joined us earlier than we thought and we couldn’t be more excited and grateful. Family of 5!”
Ayesha announced the news of her pregnancy in February. Wearing a T-shirt that reads “PREGGERS”, Ayesha was seen looking down at her baby bump.“Heyyyy how did this happen?. Curry party of 5,” Ayesha captioned the photo, adding, “Feeling very blessed … and very sick. Yippie! #curryfor3” Prior to the news about their baby's birth, the pair did not reveal the gender of the baby.
Appearing on Ellen DeGeneres, Steph confessed that he wanted to keep the gender of the baby a secret even though the result was right there on their phone. “I would love to get to the delivery room and have that surprise. I’ve heard stories on both ends of finding out early, finding out when the baby was born. But she’s a planner, she wants to know,” he said.
However, Ayesha had been keeping her fans updated throughout her pregnancy journey. After hitting her six-month mark, she told her fans how things have been health-wise. "6 down 3 to go! Praising God because I can finally eat and cook a little bit again!" she wrote. "Pray that it sticks for me Y'all! I've had 5 hospital stays since the new year and have pretty much been sucking at life (at least that's how it's felt.) I think I'm starting to turn a corner though!!!! Woot woot."
Meanwhile, she even blogged about it on her co-founded lifestyle community goInspo.“I still have nausea, can’t sleep, pee every five seconds and am just so darn tired. I have what docs call Hyperemesis. This basically means nausea, incessant sickness and exhaustion probably won’t go away," she wrote. “The only silver linings here are that my itty-bitty baby is healthy and Princess Kate has suffered from the same condition during her pregnancies. Not feeling super royal though." She also hinted that her husband would love to have more kids. “[Steph would] have three more kids right now if he could,” she said.
