UNIVERSAL CITY, CALIFORNIA: Gwen Stefani took the 'The Voice' Season 24 stage and sang her popular song 'True Babe' to kick off the December 5 show! Fans, however, were skeptical about whether the NBC coach was genuinely performing live.

Gwen was not in her seat before the Tuesday program began, since she was preparing to perform. She performed her track 'True Babe', which dropped on June 23 this year, before the Top 12 was cut down to Top 9 on Tuesday, December 5.

She was dressed in a baggy orange jacket and matching pants, with a snug black top with silver stripes underneath. The recently-released single is about her "true babe" Blake Shelton.

After seeing her performance, a viewer asked on X, "Was it lip synced?" Another user chimed in, "Lord, this new Gwen song is... not good."

Another user was not as gracious, claiming, "This song has been out for months and this performance isn’t gonna move it one spot on the charts, Gwen." A fourth user noted, "Pretty sure Gwen isn’t singing live."

One person further tweeted, "I adore Gwen but this aint it." Another asked, "Was Gwen really singing?"

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani go all out with detailed Christmas decor

Gwen and Blake Shelton never pass up an opportunity to celebrate the holiday season. They can't pass up a chance to decorate, whether it's producing summer floral arrangements from the wealth of their Oklahoma farm or treating visitors to an ideal Thanksgiving tablescape.

And they go all out.

This Christmas is no different. Gwen shared a video on social media on December 4 showing her and Blake's lavish Christmas decor, which included heaps of fake snow.

"Feels like Christmas at the Shelton home!!" she captioned the video and the background was her and Blake's peppy holiday duet 'You Make It Feel Like Christmas'.

The video opened with the construction of a massive Christmas-themed town before following the family on their journey to find the ideal Christmas tree. With a plethora of colorful decorations and some little candy canes, the result was a visual feast.

Gwen Stefani warns Blake Shelton to vote for her team on 'The Voice'

Gwen is hoping for her husband's support. Ahead of the season's first live broadcast, Gwen Stefani revealed that her husband Blake Shelton will watch the remainder of the season, in a conversation with Entertainment Tonight.

"Our teams, their rehearsals are sent to us so we can like watch them on video. I was watching last night... He's like, 'Oh, I'm starting to get excited. I'm gonna watch,'" Gwen Stefani said of Shelton, who was a longtime coach on the reality show.

She added, "I'm pretty sure he's gonna vote for me, even if he doesn't like my team. I hope," dropping him a warning as she said, "You better."

Gwen Stefani bashed for ‘favoritism’ after Tanner Massey performs ‘off-key’

Fans of 'The Voice' slammed Gwen after one of her team members was made to sing a challenging song. The Voice's first live episode of the season aired on Monday, December 4, making this the first week where the audience gets to vote on who continues on the program.

Tanner Massey, sang 'Thnks fr th Mmrs' by the rock band Fall Out Boy for Gwen. Tanner has previously been likened to Shawn Mendes, who has a style and voice completely different from Fall Out Boy.

During Tanner, Gwen, and guest coach Chance The Rapper's pre-recorded feedback session, Gwen commented, "This is a really good song for you. But it's hard! Those first verses are really hard."

Tanner said that he had to "change up" a lot of the song to execute it. During the Q&A, the 'No Doubt' singer referred to Tanner as her "Pop Rock Heartbreaker."

Tanner, according to Chance and Gwen, wanted to "nail the original composition" of the song before adding his own flair to it.

Following his live performance, all the show's coaches praised him, and Gwen stated that he performed "so good" and she was "so proud" of him.

However, Gwen's decision to have Tanner sing a Fall Out Boy song was questioned by fans of 'The Voice' on X.

On X, one viewer wrote, "I don’t get it. She’s not a good coach for him because she constantly tells him he’s amazing when he isn’t." "Tanner and bias are interchangeable with her favoritism," wrote another. Others also accused Gwen of favoring Tanner after the December 4 episode as Rudi Gutierrez was sent home from the coach's team.
