'Hope you’ve found Xanadu': Shane Warne's ex-wife Simone Callahan pays tribute to Olivia Newton-John
Upon learning of Olivia Newton-John's passing after battling cancer for 30 years, Shane Warne's ex-wife Simone Callahan posted a touching tribute to the singer. Simone uploaded a compilation video with images of Olivia and her late cricketer husband Shane as well as Olivia from the 1980 movie 'Xanadu.' Simone captioned her post, “You will always be my Queen, one more angel in heaven. May you rest in peace beautiful Dame Olivia Newton-John ❤️ We will miss you.”

She lost the fight against metastatic breast cancer at stage 4, according to Easterling.

Easterling wrote, “Dame Olivia Newton-John (73) passed away peacefully at her Ranch in Southern California this morning, surrounded by family and friends. We ask that everyone please respect the family's privacy during this very difficult time. Olivia has been a symbol of triumphs and hope for over 30 years sharing her journey with breast cancer. Her healing inspiration and pioneering experience with plant medicine continue with the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund, dedicated to researching plant medicine and cancer.”
Following the revelation, Olivia’s daughter Chloe Lattanzi shared a series of heartwarming pictures of herself with her mother. The family also asked for donations to be made to her cancer organization, the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund. Meanwhile, Shane Warne, the world-renowned cricketer who was married to Simone for 10 years, died suddenly at the age of 52, leaving behind his kids Summer, 20, Jackson, 22, and Brooke, 24. Warne's family is said to be ‘shattered’ by the news at that time.
His long-time manager, James Erskine, said at the time, "The three children are in a complete shock. I spoke to them yesterday and Jackson just said, 'We expect him to walk in the door. This is like a bad dream." Keith, Shane's father, is a pretty strong individual, but like everybody, he's just shattered, they can't believe what's happened." The leg-spinner collected 708 Test wickets in 145 matches, the second-highest in history, and 1,001 international wickets in total, including 293 in 194 one-day internationals before calling time on his Australia career in 2007.
