SAG Awards 2021 Full Winners List: Michael Keaton creates history with win for 'The Trial of the Chicago 7'
The winners of the 2021 Screen Actors Guild Awards were announced on Sunday, April 4. The star-studded ceremony was pretty different than previous years as it was trimmed down to one hour instead of the usual two-hour-plus telecast.
Screen Actors Guild Awards in short SAG Awards are accolades presented by the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA), which was established in 1952 to acknowledge the best of performances in film and prime time television.

WINNERS
Filmmaker Aaron Sorkin’s ‘The Trial of the Chicago 7’ took home the SAG Award for best ensemble, the guild's top honor that's equivalent to the best picture prize. With this victory, Michael Keaton etched his name in the history books and became the first actor to win three SAG Awards for outstanding performance by a cast in a motion picture.
Keaton was also a part of the winning ensemble in ‘Birdman’ (2014) and ‘Spotlight’ (2015). Both movies would then go on to win the Best Picture accolade at the Academy Awards.
