Who is Galina Becker?
Roman Reigns, whose real name is Leati Joseph Anoa'i, has been married to Galina Becker since 2014. However, the duo goes way back, as they first started dating in college and even had a daughter together in 2008.
Galina Becker, who originally hails from Jacksonville, Florida, was born on March 11, 1987, and is two years younger than Reigns. The third child of Kevin and Mildred Becker, Galina showed an active interest in sports and athletics from an early age. She attended Mt. Pleasant High School in San Jose, where she was reportedly coached by NFL player Steve Nelson.
Galina won several regional titles and awards in the long and triple jump events at both junior and senior schools. In fact, with a mark of 40 feet and 5 inches, she still holds the Central Coast Section record in triple jump.
After graduating from high school, Galina went on to pursue management at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she met her future husband Roman Reigns for the first time. The champion wrestler was also pursuing his degree at the institution back then. At college, she continued to participate in sports like 100m hurdles, 100m dash, and triple jump, until she had to drop out due to her pregnancy.
After dating for five years, the couple got engaged in 2012. They tied the knot in 2014 in a Disney-themed wedding at Disney's Castaway Cay Island. Even their wedding song was 'A Whole New World' from Aladdin.
Becker has had a successful career as a fitness model while also being a doting mother to three children. She welcomed twin boys with Roman Reigns in 2016 and gave birth to another set of twins last year. As of 2021, her personal net worth has been estimated to be around $3 million.
