NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Richard Gere and his wife Alejandra Silva appeared madly in love as they attended the star-studded screening of his new comedy ‘Maybe I Do’ in New York City on Tuesday, January 17.
The ‘Runaway Bride’ star, 73, looked suave in a black coat while his publicist wife, who is over 30 years his junior, made heads turn in a red ensemble. For the glittery night, the Spanish political activist opted for a glamorous deep red gown with a square neck and ribbed detail skirt. She complimented her slim-fitting dress, which featured a small v-dip in the neckline, with a pair of open-toed platformed heels. Alejandra added drama to her look with a diamond necklace, matching bracelet, and drop earrings, carrying a glimmering black clutch. She completed her look with a dewy brush of makeup.

Richard stars alongside Emma Roberts and Diane Keaton in 'Maybe I Do', which is slated to release on January 27, 2023. The actor appeared in high spirits as he took to the red carpet with his wife.
The event came as a rare public appearance for the couple as they tend to keep their marriage away from the spotlight. The couple tied the knot in 2018 after dating each other for four years. The gorgeous pair, who are family friends, knew each other for more than 15 years before starting dating in 2014, according to Hola Magazine. They are also the proud parents to two loving sons, Alexander, three, and their younger son, whose name they have not made public. While the ‘American Gigolo’ star does not have any social media, his wife never shies away from sharing their cute moments with her 88.6K followers on Instagram.

Silva is Richard’s third wife. He initially had a short-lived union with Cindy Crawford from 1991-1995, before marrying Carey Lowell in 2002. The couple, however, split 14 years later. He also shares his son Homer, 22, with Carey. Meanwhile, Silva is also mother to son Albert, born in 2012, with ex-husband Govind Friedland.
