Ever since Andy Cohen first announced about 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City', excited fans began speculating about which prominent ladies of Utah would make the cut to star as a housewife on Bravo's hit reality franchise. After months of guessing and speculating, Bravo finally spilled the beans on the six lucky ladies who will be starring on the show, and give us a peek into their fascinating lives. Although the show hasn't premiered yet, after reading the cast bios, we have to agree with Andy that we are indeed "surprised and intrigued" by the housewives who have been handpicked to appear on the show.

Jen Shah

Jen Shah (Bravo)

While growing up in the predominantly Mormon and White culture of Salt Lake City, Utah, Jen Shah, who is of Tongan and Hawaiian descent, had got an opportunity to learn how Black people have been historically mistreated by the Mormons. So, she made a bold decision to convert from Mormonism to Islam. On the show, we'll get to see glimpses of Jen juggling between her family, comprising of her husband, Sharrieff, and their two children, and running her three successful marketing companies. For Jen, her reputation of being the best host in Utah is of utmost importance. So the new housewife will leave no stone unturned to ensure that she throws the best parties in the town. Her Bravo bio gives us a hint at what lies ahead for Jen: "With an extravagant personality and sharp tongue, she can go from 0 to 100 very quickly, but usually comes back with apologies and love. But it’s not always fun and games for Jen with this group of women when she quickly finds herself at the center of the drama." In case you're wondering what Jen's tagline is then here you go: "In this town, I'm Queen Bee and MVP."

Lisa Barlow

Lisa Barlow (Bravo)

With her striking good looks, and picture-perfect life, Lisa Barlow's quest for perfection might sound a bit redundant, but that's exactly what the self-proclaimed "Mormon 2.0" believer is looking for. Lisa was born in New York but has been staying in Utah for over 20 years. Lisa considers herself to be "Mormon 2.0", because this CEO isn't one to adhere to all the strict and traditional Mormon rules and way of life. Lisa attended BYU with fellow housewife, Heather Gay, and has been best friends with Meredith Marks for years. She is currently married to John Barlow and is the mother of two children. Lisa's tagline is, "When you take cheap shots, always expect a hangover."

Whitney Rose

Whitney Rose (Bravo)

Whitney Rose's tagline perfectly sums up her life story, "This rose isn't scared to handle a little prick." Hailing from a "Mormon Royalty" family, Whitney shocked everybody when she decided to leave the church to marry her current husband, Justin. She fell head-over-heels in love with her then-boss, Justin, and the two instantly began having an affair. Within a span of a few weeks, both of them left their respective spouses to be with each other. They got married when Whitney found out that she was pregnant. Their dramatic love story resulted in two lovely children. Just, as she is beginning to enjoy her 10-year-marriage to Justin, some scandalous rumors rock their relationship.

Meredith Marks

Meredith Marks (Bravo)

Meredith Marks is a successful jewelry designer, whose clientele range from celebrities to fellow housewives Jen Shah and Lisa Barlow. This Jewish designer has been married to her husband Seth for over 25 years. Buth the couple has hit a rough patch after their kids left for college. Her Bravo bio reveals, "Meredith appears to have it all but when rumors begin to swirl, she must decide if she wants to turn to her girlfriends for support or suffer in silence." Meredith's tagline for her debut season is, "Jealousy is a disease, to which I say, 'Get well soon!'"

Mary Cosby

Mary Cosby (Bravo)

Mary Cosby is easily one of the most intriguing housewives of the franchise. This petite housewife had to marry her late grandmother's second husband, Robert Cosby Sr., to inherit her family's vast empire of churches, restaurants, and several other businesses! Mary and Robert Cosby Sr. have been married for 20 years, and have a son together. Her fellow housewives have some interesting observations about Mary's past. Mary's tagline for the season is, "I love God, but I will read you like a scripture."

Heather Gay

Heather Gay (Bravo)

Heather Gay describes herself as "good Mormon gone bad"! She was a devout Mormon since birth, and was even married to one. But following her divorce, she decided to distance herself from the church, and play by her own rules. She still considers herself to be "Mormon-ish". She runs her own Me-Spa business, Beauty Lab and Laser. Heather is ready to find her voice and love again. Heather's tagline is, "Just like my pioneer ancestors, I'm trying to blaze a new trail."

'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' premieres on November 11 at 10/9c on Bravo.
