'Real Housewives of New York': Sonja and Ramona call Leah 'low class', fans call out their horrible behavior
In a classic case of pot calling the kettle black, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer declared that Leah McSweeney doesn't know how to behave in public, and lacks the "demeanor" required to hang out with them. Over the years, we have seen Sonja Morgan get drunk and behave inappropriately on the camera, while Ramona is not only rude but also extremely thirsty. We have witnessed Ramona ditch her friends countless times to flirt with men or go on dates with them.
So, it was quite rich when these two women decided to point their finger at Leah, because she got drunk at their private party and had a bit of a meltdown. Sonja and Ramona were putting on airs about how Leah embarrassed them all when she was drunk and tried giving her grief about it. Although Leah clearly doesn't owe any apology to Ramona, the new housewife still goes ahead and apologizes to Ramona. Ramona and Sonja flip the apology around and try shaming Leah for not knowing how to behave in public and being low class.
Fans were furious when they saw Sonja and Ramona throwing the holier than thou attitude at Leah, and called them out for it. A fan tweeted, "I can NOT with Ramona and Sonja. These women saying that they can't trust Leah because she's a loose cannon? And that she's going to EMBARRASS THEM? Please ladies, I watched that whole restaurant scene with my mouth open it was so cringey. #RHONY." Another fan wrote, "How on earth can Ramona & Sonja say Leah doesn’t know how to behave in public!?! What the F type of mirror do those nimrods have? #RHONY."
Another fan pointed out the instances when Sonja and Ramona behaved in exactly the same manner they described Leah's behavior, "Ramona: leaves her friends to embarrassingly hit on random men. Sonja: pees in random corn fields and gets so drunk she falls from a table. Also Sonja and Ramona: Leah is SO low class #RHONY." "#RHONY They have a lot of balls saying that Leah is embarrassing. They behave horribly in public for years now. Ramona was embarrassing throwing herself at those guys. And let’s not forget Sonja," commented an annoyed fan. Another fan shared, "Ramona saying Leah needs a certain demeanor to hang out with her! What a joke! And look at Sonja putting mini squash over her ears at the dinner table ! #RHONY."
