'RHONY': Dorinda labeled 'delusional drunk' after she flips out at Ramona for suggesting an AA meeting

Fans pointed out how Dorinda got offended at Ramona's suggestion to seek help but was comfortable enough to humiliate LuAnn for seeking help for her alcoholism and getting better

The housewives on 'Real Housewives of New York City' certainly enjoy partying and having a good time while drinking and dancing. So, it comes as no surprise that these women really love their alcohol. But sometimes things take a wild turn when the ladies get drunk. For instance, Dorinda Medley can get very mean and vicious when she is drunk, while Sonja Morgan turns into a hot mess when intoxicated.

We saw both of these happen on the latest episode of 'RHONY'. While Sonja just passed out at the dinner table, Dorinda showed off her vicious side. When Ramona noticed that Dorinda was drinking, she passed a snide comment suggesting that Dorinda has a drinking problem and needs to attend an Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meeting to get help with her problem.

Dorinda wasn't pleased at all with Ramona's unsolicited suggestion and snapped at the housewife for it. Before things got ugly, Ramona walked away and sat by herself. A very upset Dorinda vented out to LuAnn de Lesseps and Leah McSweeney about how Ramona talks down to people and says that she would never personally attack anybody for their drinking. She cites LuAnn's example, by pointing out how she had a problem with drinking but she never brought it up or humiliated her for it.

Later, LuAnn excuses herself to check on Ramona. When LuAnn rejoins Dorinda and Leah, she is asked about what Ramona told her. LuAnn shares how the OG housewife feels that Dorinda has a drinking problem but refuses to acknowledge it. This annoys Dorinda and she begins humiliating LuAnn by pointing out that she is the only alcoholic in the group and she even has a mugshot to prove it. 

Fans were appalled on seeing Dorinda behave so ruthlessly. They pointed out how she got offended at Ramona's suggestion to seek help but was comfortable enough to humiliate LuAnn for seeking help and getting better. A fan tweeted, "Oh. So Ramona can’t say 'go to AA' but Dorinda can say 'Go get arrested again...at least I don’t have a mugshot'??? DORINDA, YOU ARE A DELUSIONAL DRUNK. #RHONY."

Another fan wrote, "The irony of it all is that the one who I think LEAST has a drinking problem on this show, Luann, was the one who went to jail and AA for it. Meanwhile we have TRUE alcoholics like Dorinda, Ramona and Sonja who are on a free fall downward spiral #rhony."

"Dorinda is a mess. Ramona is gaslighting everybody when she used to bring bottles of wine to parties and finish them off by herself. Then, Dorinda has been shaming Luann for 3 seasons. So, watching her cry over Ramona’s AA comment was delightful. Chaotic mess. #rhony," expressed a fan.

"Whether or not Dorinda needs to go to AA, and whether Ramona should have said it or not, I think we can all agree that when Dorinda is drunk she’s vicious and awful. #RHONY," commented a fan.
