Bryan and Sarah Baeumler were very excited to take on the project of renovating Steve and Julie's beautiful home, but little did they know of all the challenges that awaited them at every step of the way. Before Steve and Julie got married, they wanted to renovate their house into their dream abode, so they roped in Bryan and Sarah for help. Julie's biggest concern was the narrow entrance to the home and the dingy sunroom of the house. While Steve was interested in having a spacious garage, where he could store his tools and machinery in.

Luckily, the couple had a generous budget of $400,000 for the entire project. This was a huge relief for Bryan and Sarah, who felt that they could definitely deliver a stunning finished product within the budget. But before they began the work, the Baeumlers assessed the entire property and realized that since they will be making some structural changes and building a garage from the ground up, they will be needing permits to begin the project.

When Bryan began the process of applying for the permits, he quickly realized that it might take a lot longer than he had expected, as the client's property fell within the premises of Niagara Conservation. After weeks of waiting, they finally received the permits and Bryan finally began his work after some more checks to ensure that the new layout would be adhering to the existing codes. Unfortunately, all the delay caused due to the permits put his work at risk.

When Bryan and his crew began the construction work, they realized that they would have to complete laying the foundation before snowfall begins, otherwise they would have to wait until the end of the winter to complete the project. Bryan's crew began working very hard to complete the groundwork on time. But the preview clip for the upcoming episode shows that snow and frost have already begun to set in making the completion of the work in time difficult. We will have to watch the episode to see how Bryan and Sarah address the issues, and how they decide to go about it.

The upcoming episode will also feature the Baeumlers taking on a new client, but their budget is way too low for the renovation, and Bryan expresses the same to them. Later we see Sarah telling Bryan that she made a promise to the client to get all the work done. The clip ends with Bryan wondering if they will be able to keep up Sarah's promise.

'Renovation, Inc' airs every Sunday at 8/7c only on HGTV.
