Raven Symone says her new album is on the way after appearing on 'The Masked Singer' Season 2
Buckle up peeps, Raven Symone recently revealed that she might be coming out with a new album in the near future, and we can't wait to know more details about it.
The Disney Channel star and singer is currently working on Season 4 of 'Raven's Home' which is a spin-off of 'That's So Raven' that aired from 2003 to 2007. Raven also appeared on Season 2 of 'The Masked Singer' as the Black Widow. Raven made it till episode 7 before getting unmasked.
Wanting to know what she has up her pipeline now, MEA WorldWide (MEAWW) caught up with Raven at the Byron Allen Entertainment Studios 2020 Oscars Gala where she opened up about her experience on 'The Masked Singer' and much more.
"It was definitely an experience. I enjoyed it fully. Being able to put on all of that costume and just perform like I've always wanted to perform is fantastic," Raven revealed about her appearance on 'The Masked Singer' Season 2.
She also shared that being on the fan-favorite reality TV competition opened up a can of worms for her. "There's more things coming through the pipeline in that area very soon. So it opened a can of worms and here we are," Raven said.
To date, Raven has released four albums, the last one being her self titled album 'Raven-Symoné' released in April 2008. The singer also released her new four-song EP '33000' in December 2019 that tapped into a mellow side of R&B.
Though she opened up about coming out with a new album, Raven couldn't reveal any other details about her forthcoming album. One can assume that she might release it sometime soon or later this year.
