It looks like Rage Against the Machine fans will have to wait a while before they see their favorite rock band at a live concert. After postponing their highly-anticipated 'Public Service Announcement Tour' with Run the Jewels in March due to the coronavirus pandemic, Rage Against the Machine has announced their reunion tour has been pushed back to 2021 with new dates already in place. See the full list below.

The group posted a statement on Instagram, saying, "Rage Against the Machine will commence our tour at such a time when we are confident it will be safe for our fans." The band pointed fans to their official website (RATM.com) for the rescheduled dates, which they said are "health and safety permitting" and said "your tickets will be honored for the postponed shows".

"During this difficult time we also respect the fans who want their ticket money back," they said. "We've requested and confirmed that, as of this weekend, anyone who wants a refund can begin the process at your point of purchase," they added. They concluded on a personal note saying, "We sincerely hope that each one of you and your families and friends stay safe and well and that music is bringing you solace and inspiration. We look forward to seeing you."

It seems like ages ago that we saw Rage Against the Machine perform live together. Their last performance together as a band was nearly a decade ago in 2011. Rage Against the Machine announced early February that they would be uniting after their hiatus, but the news came at the same time the coronavirus was stealing headlines. In November, the band announced several warm-up gigs slotted for 2020, which included a headlining show at the 2020 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Coachella was postponed to October.
