Harry was 'a very, very angry man', vented about William even before Megxit: Royal biographer
A royal biographer claims that Prince Harry "vented" about William years before Megxit and was resentful of his elder brother's conservation work. According to Tina Brown, the author of a shocking new book on the royal family, the Duke of Sussex became "mad" because he believed William was "hogging the best briefs."
Harry's dissatisfaction with William began even before he and his wife Meghan Markle announced their retirement as senior royals in January 2020. Brown alleged that Harry "vented" about William to his then-girlfriend Cressida Bonas, whom he dated for two years beginning in 2012. The biographer stated in her book 'The Palace Papers: Inside The House Of Windsor — The Truth And The Turmoil' that "When he wasn’t venting about William, he was pouring out resentments about Charles." According to the biography, the two brothers' relationship grew tense before Meghan Markle arrived on the scene, as they had a competition over their shared interest in conservation.

"Friction between the brothers escalated over their professional alignments," Brown notes in her new book. "William knew he had to be respectful of hierarchy when it came to his father’s ownership of the environmental platform, but he was less willing to accede to his brother."
According to the royal expert, Harry was furious since William had been a patron of the Tusk Trust, a rhino and elephant charity, since 2015. She mentioned a pal of the siblings expressed that "Harry was a very, very angry man. I think those were absolutely Olympic rows."
Brown has also stated that the Sussexes are "addicted to drama" and that one day the Duke would "wake up" and realize he is living in Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop. Brown told the Telegraph that the couple can't stop creating dramatic incidents wherever they go and that they looked to be "addicted to drama." She further cautioned that the duke has been totally and utterly taken over by Meghan, and his entire demeanor has altered." I do question how it will end," she added."[Maybe] he'll wake up and realize he's living in Goop and he has to get the hell out, go down the pub and see his friends."
Meanwhile, Prince William and Kate Middleton put on a brave front last week after Prince Harry insulted the Queen in a heated interview. On the occasion of the Queen's birthday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge paid a visit to the Disasters Emergency Committee headquarters in London on Thursday. Their visit occurred just hours after Prince Harry caused a new controversy by declaring on US television that he is "protecting" the Queen.
Harry, 37, claimed he wasn't sure if he'd accept the invitation to Her Majesty's Platinum Jubilee in June, blaming "security difficulties" and "everything else" for his uncertainty.
The father of two also disclosed confidential details of his and Meghan's secret "clear the air" chat with the Queen and Prince Charles at Windsor Castle in an interview with broadcaster Hoda Kotb during his Invictus Games.
