LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The shooting and death of rapper PnB Rock last September had shocked the music world and was accompanied by an abundance of tributes and condolences for the family he left behind. His absence continues to cast a shadow on his loved ones, as his girlfriend Stephanie Sibounheuang has now revealed that she and her child are not receiving any survivor benefits. She further explained that the late rapper had no insurance and left no will.

According to a report by Hot New Hip Hop, Sibounheuang has spoken about her life situation and how the death of her boyfriend has affected her in recent months. She is also the mother of his child Milan. In an Instagram Live session, she said that due to their young age, they did not have the foresight to prepare for death with insurance and that she has no plans to ask anyone for help.

“No, he did not have life insurance,” she said. “No, he did not have a will. We didn’t have nothing set up. We’re so young, we don’t plan on death.” She further added that, “I don’t even get death benefits, I don’t get nothing, and I’m not gonna ask nobody for nothing,” She also spoke of her mental state since his death and how strongly she held herself. “I have that personality and I’m working on that. I’m trying to, you know, empty myself of my ego and my pride because I’m not gonna ask nobody for nothing.”

This comes after she spoke about how the rapper had saved her life by pushing her under the table on the day of the shooting in an emotional Instagram post. She had said that she was a "100 per cent not ok" and that she would not have been alive if not for her boyfriend’s heroic actions prior to him being shot. She has also expressed her grief at how she could not be there for him in his final moments, because she was "forced in the back of a police car."

She then continued her emotional post as she spoke about how she believed that "she will never understand a loss so close." She said, “They say your angels come and stop by and visit you but I feel like mine is always here, it ain’t no stopping by. This life we live on earth is just temporary before we get to heaven or hell. Where we will spend eternity. Only thing matters in this short life is LOVE anything else is irrelevant…you can’t take NONE OF THIS STUFF with you. The devil is running loose on earth. I will never understand a loss so close. I feel so empty. My world is dark now. My heart is broken for the kids. Cover me with strength, grace, and vision to carry on for the family. Shed light on this world in such dark times. Let your power overcome evil. Pain is real. No matter how rich u are, how famous u are, how spiritual u are. Some pain is inevitable.”
