“‘THEEYY’ don’t want undeniable beautiful Black women to be put on their rightful throne,” he began in an Instagram post on Thursday, October 6. “They want corny ass Gigi Hadid and nose job Hailey Baldloose [Bieber] to rally behind an obvious Corey Gamble level nonfashion industry plant.”
In fact, Corey has been the longtime boyfriend of Kanye's ex-mother-in-law Kris Jenner, 66. But he didn’t stop there, adding 'they' “want to shame Lizzo whenever she looses weight” and “don’t want to support Beyoncé.” He then praised fellow rappers Future and Travis Scott for “recognizing their queen.” The latter is related to Kanye through his relationship with Kim Kardashian's sister Kylie Jenner. He specifically praised Lizzo, 24, saying she "will alter the trajectory of our individuals resulting from she’s not selling the things that kill our individuals ... destroy and manage our individuals.”
Gigi and Hailey, who have a good relationship with the Vogue editor Johnson, had earlier expressed their support for her. The Rhode Beauty founder, 25, shared via her Instagram story, “My respect for you runs deep my friend!” She added, “To know is to adore you and to work with you is an honor…the most kind. the most talented. the most fun. the most chic."
In her post, Gigi expressed similar sentiments. “You wish u had a percentage of her intellect,” the Guest In Residence founder said. “As if the ‘honor’ of being invited to your show should keep someone from giving their opinion? Lol. You’re a bully and a joke,” she added. HollywoodLife reported that Gigi has “zero regrets” over speaking out against the 'Highlights' rapper.
In response, Kanye shared screenshots of both women's coverage, drawing Hailey's husband Justin Bieber, 28, into the fray. “Wait Am I canceled again??? Justin please let me know,” he wrote in a bizarre caption. He addressed the 'Baby' hitmaker again in another post which said, “Justin, get your girl before I get bad.”
