Ozzy Osbourne's upcoming album 'Ordinary Man' is due Friday, February 21 and will release on Epic Records. The album was recorded in Los Angeles with American musician, guitarist, singer and record producer Andrew Watt, American multi-instrumentalist Duff McKagan who is best known for Guns N' Roses, and Chad Smith who is best known as the drummer for funk rock group Red Hot Chilli Peppers.

Additionally to the core band, 'Ordinary Man', features a whos-who of Osbourne's friends and collaborators including Elton John, Post Malone, and Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine and then with Audioslave). Another special guest includes guitar legend Slash. Andrew Watt will be on guitars, Duff McKagan will man the bass and Chad Smith will be the drummer.

Osbourne, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy-winning singer and songwriter had this to say with a laugh, "There's a line in 'Ordinary Man' where I sing, 'I don't want to die an ordinary man,' which I don't think I will". It may have only felt like a dream for Ozzy fans to hear news of a new album, as 'Ordinary Man' will mark the singer's first new solo music in almost 10 years, but wait no longer!

The album was preceded by the release of two singles, the title #1 rock track 'Under The Graveyard', which was followed by the diabolical 'Straight To Hell'. The sinister and heavy-driven track 'Straight To Hell' features Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash and Osbourne inciting a riot with his lyrics. (watch the video here).

Osbourne said of the album, "It was a lot of fun to do though it's a lot different from my other albums. We recorded it quickly, which I haven't done since the first Black Sabbath album. This made it a different process, which I actually enjoyed."

All physical copies of the album will include a unique code that will allow the purchaser to enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win one of over 300  Ozzy Osbourne prizes (including an official Ozzy Osbourne laminate to get into any show on the 2020 'No More Tours 2,' meet-and-greets with the singer, a gift certificate to the Osbourne's global store and much more!) All details on the sweepstakes can be found at the official website.

The legendary frontman explained about the guest stars, "It all just came together." Further saying, "Slash is a dear friend of mine, as is Elton. When I was writing 'Ordinary Man,' it reminded me of an old Elton song and I said to Sharon, 'I wonder if he would sing on it?' We asked and lo and behold, he agreed and sings and play piano on the song."

The new album can be pre-ordered here.
