Following an announcement about Ozzy Osbourne's 'No More Tours 2' 2020 tour being postponed, the rockstar has now announced that the tour is canceled. Osbourne revealed last month that he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and according to reports, the press release which announced the cancellation indicates that the singer is facing health problems. Osbourne will seek treatment in Europe soon.

This is the fourth time in a year that Osbourne has been forced to reschedule a number of concerts, according to Global News.

Osbourne, 70, says in a statement, "I’m so thankful that everyone has been patient because I've had a shit year." He adds, "Unfortunately, I won't be able to get to Switzerland for treatment until April and the treatment takes six-eight weeks. I don't want to start a tour and then cancel shows at the last minute, as it's just not fair to the fans. I’d rather they get a refund now and when I do the North American tour down the road, everyone who bought a ticket for these shows will be the first ones in line to purchase tickets at that time."

The North American leg of the trek was set to kick off on May 27th in Atlanta and run through a July 31st gig in Las Vegas. A European leg is still on the books and will kick off in Newcastle, England on October 23rd; the cancellation does not affect these dates, according to Rolling Stone.

In a wintry post on Twitter, the 'Crazy Train' singer captions, "So… it’s Goodbye! #OrdinaryMan (sic)."

Surprisingly, fans have taken to the news well, lending their support and love for Osbourne. Fans, however, say that they aren't prepared to hear "goodbye" yet.

Fans wished Osbourne well with one writing, "Not a goodbye, Ozzy. It's a tremendous thank you for all the incredible memories and music." Another fan says, "(Love) you, Ozzy. Please don't say goodbye".

Ozzy Osbourne fans have always appreciated the rock 'n' roll legend. Another says, "Greatest human being of all time. Very grateful to had the opportunity to see the madman live."

Many fans showed a great deal of sympathy with one saying, "All I want is one more OzzFest in Chicago just to see Ozzy and all the bands he brings together 1 last time but thank you for a life time of amazing music and memories (sic)."

Although the singer is dealing with his health, he remains active on social media and is up to his usual mischievous self. In a recent Instagram post, he put up a selfie with a bat filter (a bat added to his open mouth), which is a cheeky reference to the infamous incident when he had bitten the head off a bat on stage during one of his early shows in 1982 on his 'Diary of a Madman' tour.

Refunds for the 2020 tour are available at the point of purchase, according to Pitchfork.

Osbourne’s highly-anticipated new album 'Ordinary Man' is out this Friday.
