Alternative hard rock group Nickelback are celebrating the 15th anniversary of their best-selling Juno and Billboard Award-winning album 'All the Right Reasons' which released on October 4, 2005, with a forthcoming tour. The band announced January 22 that they will be kicking off their 'All the Right Reasons 2020' summer tour on June 19.
The band consists of brothers Chad (lead vocals/guitar) and Mike Kroeger (bass guitar), Ryan Peake (guitar), and Daniel Adair (drums). Chad Kroeger told People, “When we made 'All the Right Reasons' it was special for us, but we didn’t know what it would mean to the fans.” He added, “Sometimes fate intervenes and when this album was released, we had no idea it would connect with people in such a huge way”. He stated further, “At this point, the songs don’t really feel like they belong to us anymore. They belong to everyone that has made them a part of their life. We can’t wait to get on the road this summer and play songs that we have never performed live before as well as songs that have been staples of our live show”.
Chad Kroeger promises that the band will give fans a unique exclusive experience with the upcoming tour, saying, “The production on the upcoming tour will bring the fire and fury that has been our calling card along with new surprises that will be unlike anything you‘ve ever seen".
Throughout the tour, Nickelback will perform their diamond-selling album in its entirety, promising fan-favorite songs like 'Far Away', 'Photograph', 'Rockstar', 'If Everyone Cared' and 'Savin’ Me' to light up the stage. The group will also perform a slew of hits from their other albums.
Stone Temple Pilots will join as a special guest on all of the tour dates, with Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown and Switchfoot supporting as additional special guests on select dates.
