The third and final season of ‘Narcos: Mexico’ is finally out and things have changed drastically in this edition. The war of Drug Cartels has taken a wild turn after the arrest of Felix (Diego Luna) and Sinaloa is trying to end the Tijuana cartel as their biggest player has gone behind the bars.

However, things change when the Archbishop of Guadalajara is killed in an epic gunfight between Tijuana and Sinaloa cartel members. The whole nation is mourning the death and it has forced the President to take action. The hunt for these cartel members have begun and El Chapo was the first one to go behind bars. We see a new generation of drug kingpins evolving with a man named Amado becoming the biggest drug dealer in the world.

However, he also feels the heat as the government cuts a deal with his main men and his business has started to get affected as well. Meanwhile, Mexico is getting intense day after day as people have now taken weapons in their hands and become rebels. Almost, 3000 rebels seized towns and fought against the government. The group called themselves Zapatistas.

On March 23rd, 1994, Luis Donaldo Colosio, the presidential candidate in between the war and who was considered to be the next President of Mexico, was assassinated at a campaign rally. It was reported that people from within the party, PRI, wanted him dead because he wanted to change things.

On the other hand, Amado (Jose Maria Yazpik) is trying to make his business bigger by talking to people supplying him with drugs. Meanwhile, the Mexican police and Walt Breslin (Scott McNairy) are still running behind the members of The Arellano Felix cartel. The cops get behind Ramon (Manuel Masalva) and Francisco (Francisco Barreiro). They are not able to get Ramon, but Walt goes behind Francisco and catches him. So, another member of the Felix cartel is under custody, and problems are escalating for them. Finally, Amado is back in Mexico and he is thinking of getting back to business soon.

Elsewhere, Ramon’s brother Alex got arrested by police and he gave them names. That’s why they got to Ramon and Francisco. However, Alex got in trouble with Ramon and Alex called Walt to tell him more about his brother. But things are getting really bleak for the Felix cartel as their dealer in the North Valley has betrayed them and joined Amado.

However, they are not going to back down and they are ready to take it on. Alex gave them the wrong information and Ramon killed a bunch of police officers in their car. That’s how Felix cartel got back at the police and they are back in the game. What will they do next to make things even more interesting? It’s getting more and more intense.
