'The Walking Dead' actor Moses J Moseley’s death remains unsolved as Biden sends letter to family
The shocking death of Moses J Moseley remains a mystery as his autopsy report could not find whether the fatal shot was intentional or accidental. 'The Walking Dead’ actor was found dead on January 26. He was found unresponsive in his car in the Hudson Bridge area of Stockbridge, Georgia, after disappearing on January 23.
Moses' death certificate, as reported by TMZ, describing his fatal injury noted, “Shot self with intent unknown." A police report stated that a Taurus handgun, which he apparently took from his sister, with no magazine was discovered on the 31-year-old’s lap by responding officers and he had a gunshot wound to the right side of his face. Soon after that, he was pronounced dead.

After his death, Moseley's manager Tabatha Michew said in a statement, “Such a bright light in everyone's eyes. Moses was an amazing person and if you had the opportunity to meet him he would have made your day amazing. He was very talented, he was a great friend, the kind you could call for anything. He was always excited about life and working in the entertainment business.”
His talent manager Gail Tassell added, “We are heartbroken by his loss and he will forever be in our hearts and deeply missed. He was a very beautiful person and an extremely talented actor. There really are no words to express the tragic loss of Moses. We just absolutely loved him.”
Though cops reportedly investigated the case as a possible suicide, his family insisted on foul play, which they are reportedly still maintaining. ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ star’s sister Teerea Kimbro had also told The Independent in February that her “baby” brother couldn’t take his own life because “to be able to love what you do, and you can do this at your own pace and on your own time, who would give that up? He was in the peak of his career.”
She also pointed out, “He’s right-handed. If you shoot yourself, the gun is going to end up falling on the right side of the car – not on your lap. So that doesn’t make sense easier.”
Even days before his death, Moses shared an energetic and positive post on his Instagram. Wishing everyone a happy new year, he wrote, “I just want to say thank you to The Most High and everyone who helped make this year the most successful year of my life! I know 2022 is going to be even better. Wishing everyone a happy, safe and prosperous New Year! May this year bring us all everything we desire and more!”
Meanwhile, the devastated family of Moseley has received a letter from President Joe Biden, TMZ reported. The letter was written on March 8 that read, “Though the grieving process never quite ends, I promise you the day will come when the memory of Moses will bring a smile to your lips before it brings a tear to your eye. My prayer for you is that this day comes sooner rather than later.”
