Actor Moses J Moseley of 'The Walking Dead' fame died tragically at the age of 31. On Wednesday, January 26, the young actor was found dead with a gunshot wound in Stockbridge, Georgia. Moseley was best known for his role as Mike in 'The Walking Dead' in 2012 and 2015. Aside from the hit TV series, Moseley also guest-starred in shows like  'Queen of the South' and 'Watchmen', and appeared in the film 'Volumes of Blood: Horror Stories'. 

Moseley's untimely death came as a shock to his celebrity coworkers and thousands of his fans, who poured in their condolences and tribute to the talented actor. Many fans re-shared his last ever Instagram photo, which the actor posted a week before his death. He participated in the social media trend of the 10-year-challenge, where he shared a photo of himself 10 years ago paired with a recent one. "I'm late but here's my #10yearchallenge #instagood," Moseley wrote in the post. Before that, he had shared a photo of veteran actor Sidney Poitier mourning his tragic demise.

After the news of Moses J Moseley's death surfaced, his representative agency Avery Sisters Entertainment posted a tribute on its official Facebook page. "With a heavy heart, we at Avery Sisters Entertainment offer our sincerest and deepest condolences to the family and friends of our actor, Moses J. Moseley. We are truly saddened," the page wrote. "With a heavy heart, we at Avery Sisters Entertainment offer our sincerest and deepest condolences to the family and friends of our actor, Moses J. Moseley. We are truly saddened," they added. "For those who knew him, he was the kindest, sweetest, most generous person you would ever meet. We will miss you dearly! Rest in Heaven!"

While the cause of Moses J Moseley's death is still under investigation, preliminary reports suggest that police are suspecting suicide. Moseley reportedly disappeared last week on Sunday and his family had filed a missing person's report on Wednesday, January 26. Later, his car was tracked down to the woods where his body was discovered.

According to a family member, he died of a gunshot wound and cops are probing if it was a case of suicide or homicide. Meanwhile, fans are speculating that the actor turned the gun on himself and believing his death to be suicide.

Host Jesse Lee Peterson tweeted, "Seeing too many headlines of young celebrities committing suicide, or dying in unexplained ways. What da?!"
