Who killed Moses J Moseley? Late actor's family suggests he was kidnapped and murdered
GRAPHIC WARNING
Actor Moses J Moseley of 'The Walking Dead' fame was found dead recently with a gunshot wound in Stockbridge, Georgia. Best known for his role as Mike in 'The Walking Dead' in 2012 and 2015, Moseley was 31 years old at the time of his tragic death. Aside from the hit TV series, he also guest-starred in shows like 'Queen of the South' and 'Watchmen', and appeared in the film 'Volumes of Blood: Horror Stories'.
Initially, it was being presumed that the actor has died by suicide, but now his family is suspecting that he was murdered. Moseley had reportedly disappeared on January 23 and his family filed a missing person's report on Wednesday, January 26. Later, police tracked down his car to the woods where his body was discovered. His body was found with a gun on his lap and a bullet wound to his head.

Cops originally suspected suicide as the probable cause, but Moseley's sister Teerea Kimbro insisted that her brother would "never kill himself". In fact, she suggested that the actor was abducted and killed three days before his body was discovered by Georgia cops. Now the investigation has unraveled evidence that points towards a possible foul play and even homicide.
Meanwhile, another family member of Moseley revealed to TMZ that cops have found ample evidence to rule out suicide, including the blood splatter pattern, the bullet wound in his skull as well as his 'loose' grip on the gun. The family member, who chose not to be identified, shared that the bullet entered Moseley's eye but did not exit from the other side of his skull. This is unlikely to happen in case of a person shooting themselves, where there would always be an exit wound. His family believes that another person might have shot Moseley before placing the gun in his hand to make it look like suicide.
Captain Randy Lee from the Stockbridge Police Department shared with TMZ, "During the preliminary investigation, the potential of the death being a suicide was considered while not ruling out any other possibilities. As investigators progressed their investigation and more evidence was processed, reviewed and analyzed, other possibilities have presented themselves including accidental."
He added, "It is important to note, the case is still currently open/active and ALL possibilities and leads are being thoroughly investigated." Presently there is no update on the suspect(s) who might have kidnapped and killed Moses J Moseley.
