With K-pop going international, one of the original K-pop groups to make it big in the west, Monsta X will be hosting an International music festival as a headliner for the first time in their career. On July 20, it was announced that Nickelodeon will be extending its brand to produce their first ever Music Festival that will take place in October of 2022. The music festival will take place over two days at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena from October 22 to October 23 this year.

That is not the only thing Monbebes (fans of Monsta X) are excited about as Monsta X also announced the release of their new single, 'Late Night Feels'. Monsta X will be releasing the single 'Late Night Feels' featuring the Dutch DJ, Sam Feldt on July 21. Just as fans were gearing up for the upcoming single from the boy group, the news of Monsta X headlining their first-ever international music festival has excited fans.

Monsta X to headline the 2022 NickFest

It was reported that the 2022 NickFest will be headlined by Monsta X as well as the American singer The Kid Laroi while the music festival will have artists like Beabadoobee, 24KGoldn, Alec Benjamin and Joshua Bassett as its supporting headliners. The festival will be hosted over two days in October with Monsta X headlining the festival on October 22 and The Kid Laroi headlining the event on October 23.

The show hosted by Nickelodeon is catered to parents and children and a lot of attention is focused on the setlist that Monsta X will prepare for its international fans. Alongside Monsta X, the first day of the NickFest will include other artists like Dixie, Kyle, Olivia O’Brien, Salem Ilese, Chri$tian Gate$, Prentiss, Tiffany Day (a DJ set), Boys World, Andrea Botez, DJs Amira and Kayla, Sebastian Topete, Good Newz Girls, That Girl Lay Lay as well as Young Dylan.

Tickets for the 2022 NickFest will go on sale from July 26 with general admission tickets priced at $115 (KRW 150,459) single day or $175 (KRW 228,959) for both days. The event will also have VIP tickets that include separate viewing areas and food vendors which are priced at $220 (KRW 287,815) for one day or $360 (KRW 470,970) for both days.
