'Million Dollar Beach House', the latest unscripted show on real-estate agents hit Netflix. Fans of 'Selling Sunset', rushed to watch this show and were rather miffed that their expectations were not quite met. Though the premises were similar---basically rich people selling beautiful houses while the rest of us sit and watch sadly---many fans were not impressed with the characters on 'Million Dollar Beach House' and said that they were not a patch on 'Selling Sunset' at all. From accusing some of the characters to being downright racist or just over-dramatic, fans came to the consensus that the show was just not in the same league as 'Selling Sunset'. Well, let's face it, no one can ever replace Christina, can they?

'Million Dollar Beach House' followed the professional and personal lives of five real-estate agents, Jimmy Gugliano, Michael Fulfree, JB Andreassi, Noel Roberts and Peggy. From the start itself, there was much animosity brewing between Peggy and Noel, and an incredibly bad showing of a splendid house made matters worse between the two. Things escalated and there was war and nothing was fixed after that. Peggy was still simmering at the end of Season 1. Meanwhile, there were other tensions, as JB wanted to start on his own and get out of Jimmy's shadow, as he was upset that Jimmy favored Noel. More drama is yet to unfold in Season 2.

Fans have a lot to say about 'Million Dollar Beach House'. "#MillionDollarBeachHouse is not even in the same league as #SellingSunset. Absolute trash," a fan tweeted.

"#MillionDollarBeachHouse makes me uncomfortable but #SellingSunset was just good old-fashioned drama. I think because Amanza had strong allies and friendships going in and the only person of color on this show is kind of on his own," a fan said referring to the fact that Noel didn't really have friends.

"Got on twitter for the first time in 3 months just to say #MillionDollarBeachHouse is trash. #SellingSunset should be offended they tried to compare the two," a fan tweeted.

"Having finished Million Dollar Beach House I’m now not so enthusiastic - it shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same breath as Selling Sunset #MillionDollarBeachHouse," another wrote.

'Million Dollar Beach House' is streaming on Netflix.
