Oo la la! Fans of 'Selling Sunset', this one's a must-watch for you. Netflix's new reality show 'Million Dollar Beach House' is coming your way and it follows the team at Nest Seekers International in the Hamptons as they try to juggle some of the most extravagant listings and difficult clients in the area. As of now, The Hamptons branch of Nest Seekers International has 126 employees listed on its website. This isn't much, it's actually only a small percent of the 2,500 agents currently working in the Hamptons.

The show appears to be inspired by 'Selling Sunset' and is similar in scope but has a predominantly male cast and a beachside setting. Netflix described it as "bird’s eye view into the day-to-day life of the Hamptons’ youngest and most exclusive group of real estate agents, documenting their private lives and posh coastline listings".

The series will focus on Nest Seekers brokers: JB Andreassi, James Giugliano, Michael Fulfree, Peggy Zabakolas Esq and Noel Roberts. The first season will follow their drama between Memorial Day and Labor Day as they try to cajole their clients, just a little. So, you can expect a lot of drama. They won't be particularly loving to each other either and might even try to nab the other's clients. The show will also portray the troubles of working in luxury real estate from difficult clients to staging, that can go downright awry.

On the Nest Seekers website for the Hamptons, they have some fabulous listings – one being for $35M and others worth $28M, $27M and $25M, and it seems as if the battle for commission is going to be one hell of a ride. In the trailer, one of the brokers says they can each break $1M in commission a year.

The Netflix synopsis reads: "The competition is fierce — and the drama undeniable — as a group of young and hungry agents try to seal the deal on luxury listings in the Hamptons."

You're in for a ride, and it's going to be even better than you imagined it. Netflix binge sorted?

'Million Dollar Beach House' airs on Netflix on August 26.
