Forget 'Bad Moms' or 'Cougar Town' because its time for 'MILF' to take center stage. 'Raunchy, Irreverent, Romantic' -- that's how Netflix describes the upcoming 1-hour 41-minute film on three French women romancing much younger beaus. Loaded with tasteful nudity, steamy romance, and everything that makes for an ideal French rendezvous, 'MILF' is unmissable. Here's all you need to know about it.

Release date

Originally released in France all the way back in 2018, 'MILF' will be available for streaming from this July 16, only on Netflix.

Plot

According to the official synopsis of the movie, "In the south of France, three best friends in their 40s navigate loss and heartbreak while embarking on steamy affairs with much younger men."

Cast

Axelle Laffont, Virginie Ledoyen, and Marie-Josée Croze in 'MILF' (Netflix)

Axelle Laffont co-stars with Virginie Ledoyen and Marie-Josée Croze in the role of the titular 'MILF's -- Elise, Sonia, and Cécile -- who are about to take the French extravaganza by storm with their titillating encounters and romances. Laffont plays Elise and is known for her works in 'Addict' (2016) and 'The Race' (2002). Croze, who plays Sonia, is widely known for playing the seductive Dutch assassin in Steven Spielberg's 'Munich' (2005) and Dr Beck's murdered wife in 'Tell No One' (2006), the French adaptation of Harlan Coben's novel of the same name. As for Ledoyen, who appears as Cecile, she is that very familiar and strikingly gorgeous face from the 2000 Leonardo DiCaprio starter, 'The Beach'.

Creator

Laffont is also the directorial mastermind behind the project and helms it on a script from Jérôme L'hotsky and Stéphane Kramer, both of whom are credited for the original scenarios we see in the film.

Trailer

There's not a thing that's not perfect about the minute or so long clip that sees the three middle-aged best friends living their lives along the dewy French beaches, frolicking with younger men, and reclaiming all of that youth one believes is lost with age. A grand memoir on how to live life to the fullest, the trailer for 'MILF' will leave you enthralled and craving for more. Check it out here.
