'Messiah' Episode 10: 'Al-Mesih' reveals himself to be immortal, what's next for government officials?

This article contains spoilers for 'Messiah' Season 1
If you recall, the Messiah had asked Aviram, an Israeli government official, about a boy in Meggido and we find out the specifics of that scenario with flashbacks throughout the last episode of the season — titled 'The Wages of Sin'.
In an eerie flashback, Aviram is shown threatening a young boy with torture, in the hope that the kid would reveal information about a bakery that was staged to be a bomb-making front.
Aviram, who knew the young boy's father, reveals that the father had a huge influence on him but was also responsible for the death of his (Avriam's) mother. To deliver justice to his mother, Aviram shoots the young boy in an erratic emotional state.
While the backstory of Aviram and his antics unfold, the show bluntly picks back up to the current narrative. The Messiah is kidnapped from the Church in DC in the previous episode and is now back with Israeli officials, including Aviram, traveling on a plane to Israel.
The diplomatic aircraft was set up for them by Collier and Danny, both White House officials, behind the back of President young, the FBI and the CIA.
When the plane is attacked mid-air, the FBI loses transponder transmission of the aircraft and suspect the plane's in trouble. With a shot of Collier receiving a call, the show hints that he might have been behind the attack.
Collier also leaked personal information about the Messiah which is now making headlines in the news, publicly letting people know that the man is in-fact not a divine presence.
The Messiah and Aviram both survive the plane crash, finding themselves in a field of poppies where Aviram is informed by a young boy that he was brought back from the dead by the Messiah himself. During the attack of the plane, Aviram apologizes to the Messiah for his sin in killing the young boy in Meggido.
A chapter seemingly ending, and a Messiah missing from government officials, Eva has nothing to go on but we're sure this case is far from closed.
Aviram witnesses the Messiah bring people that were in the plane crash, back to life, alluding to the fact that this complex character might actually be immortal.
All episodes of Season 1 of 'Messiah' are now streaming on Netflix.
